Choosing Change

Change & Program Management

Implementing a workplace wellness strategy that works takes time, commitment, and bandwidth. Sustainable change typically requires 18-36 month road maps. These horizons reflect the capacity for an organization to absorb change, which adds stress, and the time it takes to embed change into operations, decision-making, processes, and cultural behaviors.
That’s why, sometimes, it’s nice to have someone help manage the change and implementation. Bask + Being makes implementation and change management less overwhelming and more doable. Our program management team has experience implementing multi-year, change programs for global organizations from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
